Weight loss update 1

ok so I went to the Dr.'s for my first checkup and it was not at all what I was expecting. This week started my 3rd week of my diet and my weekly weight loss goal is 2 lbs. So, today I was expecting to have lost at least 4 lbs. Since September 17th I have lost 8 lbs!!!!!!!! I was stoked to see my new weight and how much I have lost in 2 weeks. I have worked so hard the past few weeks with watching what I eat and working out. So far I have stuck on my workout plans and this week have began my hour workouts in the morning. I am still sore from starting my hour workout routine yesterday, lol. My next check-up is November 18 at 8:30 am and my goal by then is to loose 12 more lbs, that is keeping my original weight loss goal of 2 lbs a week. I will keep you posted!!
