weight checkup-week 2

Ok, so it has been 2 weeks since I started on that pill from my dr.s. I feel so much energy during the day. I don't feel groggy and tired. I am more active then I ever was. My first week I started getting up in the mornings and only working out for 30 minutes. I didn't want to put my body in shock by starting to work out for an hour right away. So the 30 minute workouts went ok, my abs hurt a bit but that was all. This week I began working out an hour in the mornings to this "Biggest Looser" cardio workout on DEMAND's freezone and OMG!!!! My butt, legs, abs, arms, thighs, calves, upper chest...MY WHOLE BODDY IS SORE!! I haven't felt this sore from a work since high school sports conditioning! lol I love this kind of pain though...I love feeling my fat just burn off my body. When it hurts and I sweat, then I know I am doing the right kind of workout for me. I sleep so much better too. I wake up in the mornings feel so rested that it has motiviated me to get up that extra hour in the mornings that I couldn't before to work out.

I go to my drs. today for a checkup and hopefully they will weight me, my goal is 2 lbs a week so we shall see.....
